Key Responsibilities
Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, resume databases, and creative search techniques
Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess interest and qualifications
Track sourcing activity and maintain organized candidate records
Qualifications
1 year of sourcing experience preferred, but not required
Familiarity with sourcing tools, Boolean search, and talent research methods
Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches at once
Curious mindset with strong research skills
